PAYMENTS AND SHIPPING
Shipping domestically and to New Zealand only we accept major credit/debit cards – Visa®, MasterCard® and American Express®. All transactions are kept on file and invoiced in Australian Dollars ($AUD) at time and date of purchase. Offshore pricing, billing and invoicing totals are based on the exchange rate configured by the overseas-based credit card/merchant account used at time of order.
Our offer for free shipping for purchases $40 and over is exclusive to postage for Australian residents only.
Our division, by all means, endeavours to process online orders on the purchase date or next business day based on inventory levels at that time. We offer delivery to Australian and New Zealand addresses, provided on account, on all our products utilising partners at Australia Post. Once dispatched from our facilities, we are under no circumstance liable for the taxes, duties, customs fees, hidden clauses or any other additional costs incurred on orders.
Pertained to our medical devices, supplies and consumables such as monitors, glucose testing strips and glucose accessories – inventory at all times is stored away from humidity prone arenas and under regulated temperatures as set out by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) Health and Safety Regulations. We ensure orders placed are dispatched in workable, usable states. We remain unaccountable for any parcel or humidity damage after it leaves our warehousing facilities or Head Office once en route.
When appropriate, store officers will notify the purchaser on the status of their order via the nominated email address or other mode of contact. Orders shipped nationally assumes 3-7 business days whereas New Zealand orders take approximately 10-12 working days before delivery depending on location or length of time, if any, held at postage hubs.
CANCELLED, DECLINED OR CHANGE OF MIND ORDERS
Nipro Australia and TRUEcare Diabetes does not offer returns or exchanges on any medical product or device sold online whether it is change of mind or a cancelled/declined order. At the instance where the product received is not of merchantable quality, does not match sample/ description or is not fit for its intended purpose, we will provide you with an exchange or refund. We reserve the right to place a stop to or cancel any order judged in breach of our terms and conditions or otherwise fraudulent.
